All of the items offered at Pigs-n-Stuff are hand sculpted from a low fire polymer clay. These items are all individually hand made by me and not mass-produced with molds or any other method. Each piece is unique and some of the larger items and all pigtails have eyes that are hand painted on giving each one its own personality.

If any purchase you make from Pigsnstuff fails to meet your expectations, please return it within 10 days for exchange or refund. Great care is taken to insure against breakage during shipment but accidents can happen. Any item broken during shipment will be replaced at no cost to you provided I am notified within 24 hours of your receiving the damaged order.

Any and all information that I receive from my customers will only be used for the purpose of delivering the products that have been ordered and special offers from this site only.
The information and e-mail addresses I receive will never be distributed, sold, or published in any way. I personally do not appreciate receiving "spam" on my system and promise to reserve your information only for the purpose intended.
You are not required to give a phone/fax number on the order form and I will always try to contact you via your e-mail address first if I need additional information regarding your order. Most orders can be shipped within two days of receiving payment. Since all items offered at Pigsnstuff are individually hand made some orders may need more time before being shipped. Depending upon the size of the order more or less time may be needed. I will notify you if your order will require more than 7 days to prepare, for your approval. All Orders are shipped via priority mail, USPS or UPS unless otherwise requested.

Orders that have been paid for by check will be shipped 7-10 business days after receipt of check to allow for bank clearance.
