 I understand that many people are hesitant to provide credit card or other
payment information over the Internet.
PayPal offers ideal security measures to protect customers that purchase
goods or services online. PayPal is the world's largest secure credit
card processor.
By using PayPal, you can open your own secure PayPal account, which provides
you with the opportunity to pay other vendors who accept PayPal easily and
quickly,
as well as other unique services (see the PayPal website for details).
Merchants are charged a fee for using the Paypal service but it is completely
free for customers.
PayPal uses Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) (the strongest commercially
available
encryption) so your transaction is safe, but moreover, when you make a purchase
through a Paypal merchant,
you have additional security because only Paypal, not the merchant, is provided
with your payment information.
This helps to reduce the incidence of fraud due to unscrupulous merchants.
When you proceed with making your online purchase, you will be transferred to
the Paypal site where your transaction will be processed.
It is no longer necessary to open an account with Paypal to use the service.
If you are already a Paypal member just enter your Email Address and Password.
After you have registered once, you are able to make purchases from any Paypal
merchant you may wish to do business with in the future; you do not need to
register each time.

ShippingMost orders can be shipped within 3 business days of receiving payment. Since
all items offered at Pigsnstuff are individually hand made some orders may need
more time before being shipped. Depending upon the size of the order more or
less time may be needed. I will notify you if your order will require more
than 7-10 days to prepare, for your approval. All US Orders are
shipped via USPS mail and priority mail unless otherwise requested. If you use
the priority mail option when ordering please remember I will still need a few
days to prepare your order before it will actually ship.
Orders that have been paid for by check will be shipped 7-10 business days
after receipt of check to allow for bank clearance. International orders:I accept international orders but the postage is not calculated when you place
your order. I will send you a seperate invoice with the shipping total for
your order. Or you can email me with your shipping address and what you would
like to purchase and I will send you an invoice with the correct postage.
I ship Global Priority or 1st class Mail International unless other shipping
method is requested.Your Pigsnstuff Guarantee:
If any purchase you make from Pigsnstuff fails to meet your expectations,
please return it within 3 business days for exchange or refund. Please contact
me first if there are any problems. Great care is taken to
insure against breakage during shipment but accidents can happen. Any item
broken during shipment will be replaced at no cost to you provided I am
notified within 24 hours of your receiving the damaged order.
Personalized Ornaments
Every effort will be made to personalize your ornament exactly as you have
requested it. If a mistake is made on my part with spelling or placement or
your personalization I will fix it for you if you send it back to me. I will
pay shipping charges if the error is my mistake. If the error is on your part
and you would like it corrected, please send it back to me and I will fix it.
There will be a $5.00 charge for shipping for corrected personalization if the
error was not my mistake.One error I have seen many times on personalization requests is the last name.
There should not be an apostrophe in the family last name. It should be "The
Stewarts" not "The Stewart's". A suggestion would be to request "The Stewart
Family". I will email you about any changes to your personalization for your
approval before making any corrections.
